摘　　要：运用创新理论TRIZ的冲突解决方法,分析了管理学发展中面临的严密性与实用性之间的冲突关系,在寻求冲突解决中探究管理学科实用性的发展思路。把管理学科理解为一种社会技术系统,将严密性和实用性间的冲突细化为四对技术冲突,查阅技术冲突解决矩阵,获得了六条原理解,进而形成三方面管理学科优化发展的建议。It was analyzed the conflict relationship between rigor and practicality in the development of management science,and explores the development ideas of practicality of management science in seeking for conflict resolution by using the conflict resolution method of TRIZ.The management discipline is understood as a social technical system,and the conflict between rigor and practicability is divided into four pairs of technical conflicts.After consulting the technical conflict resolution matrix,six original understandings are obtained,and then three suggestions are formed for the optimization and development of the management discipline.
