摘  要:目的:探讨血清神经原特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平与肺癌骨转移及病情变化的关系。方法:选取2018年2月-2020年5月在郑州市中医院治疗的47例肺癌患者,根据有无骨转移将患者分为两组,肺癌骨转移组(28例)和肺癌无骨转移组(19例),根据骨转移病灶分级标准将骨转移分Ⅰ级(9例)、Ⅱ级(14例)和Ⅲ级(5例)。抽取患者5 ml清晨空腹静脉血,采用电化学发光法检测NSE、CEA、CA125水平。比较各组间NSE、CEA、CA125水平。结果:肺癌骨转移组NSE(82.08±12.30)ng/mL、CEA(33.61±3.75)ng/mL、CA125(68.69±3.52)U/mL,高于肺癌无骨转移组的(40.16±10.58)ng/mL、(4.92±1.03)ng/mL、(53.11±7.50)U/mL,骨转移Ⅲ级NSE(89.83±12.84)ng/mL、CEA(35.11±5.69)ng/mL、CA125(110.55±5.82)U/mL,高于Ⅱ级的(77.91±11.49)ng/mL、(28.90±4.86)ng/mL、(69.40±3.77)U/mL,高于Ⅰ级的(58.75±10.38)ng/mL、(18.10±2.58)ng/mL、(58.89±5.89)U/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清NSE、CEA、CA125水平在肺癌骨转移患者中表达水平较高,且骨转移等级越高,水平越高。Objective: To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum neuron specific enolase(NSE), carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA), carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) and bone metastasis of lung cancer. Methods: 47 patients with lung cancer who were treated in the hospital from February 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of bone metastasis: lung cancer bone metastasis group(28 cases) and lung cancer without bone metastasis group(19 cases). According to the classification standard of bone metastases, bone metastases were classified into grade Ⅰ(9 cases), grade Ⅱ(14 cases) and grade Ⅲ(5 cases). The levels of NSE, CEA and CA125 were detected by electrochemiluminescence. The levels of NSE, CEA and CA125 were compared among the groups. Results: The levels of NSE was(82.08 ± 12.30) ng/mL, CEA was(33.61±3.75) ng/mL, CA125 was(68.69±3.52) U/mL in bone metastasis group of lung cancer, which were higher than(40.16±10.58) ng/mL,(4.92±1.03) ng/mL,(53.11±7.50) U/mL in lung cancer without bone metastasis group. NSE of bone metastasis grade Ⅲ was(89.83±12.84) ng/mL, CEA was(35.11±5.69) ng/mL, CA125 was(110.55±5.82) U/mL, higher than(77.91±11.49) ng/mL,(28.90±4.86) ng/mL,(69.40±3.77) U/mL of grade Ⅱ, higher than(58.75±10.38) ng/mL,(18.10±2.58) ng/mL,(58.89±5.89) U/mL of grade Ⅰ, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: The serum NSE, CEA and CA125 levels are higher in patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer, and the higher the grade of bone metastasis, the higher the level.
