摘　　要：阐述新一代信息技术的日趋成熟和广泛应用,通过信息化手段推动招标采购评标工作质效提升已具备一定技术基础。探讨基于大数据及人工智能技术的智慧评标技术应用,提升招标、采购、评标阶段的工作质量和科学合理性策略。This paper expounds that the new generation of information technology is becoming more and more mature and widely used.It has a certain technical foundation to promote the quality and efficiency of bidding procurement and bid evaluation through information means.It discusses the application of intelligent bid evaluation technology based on big data and artificial intelligence technology to improve the work quality and scientific and reasonable strategy in the stages of bidding,procurement and bid evaluation.
