摘　　要：阐述人工智能在沧州市高技能人才需求培训中的应用特点,提出一系列沧州市高技能人才培养策略,以推动沧州市战略转型和升级。This paper expounds the application characteristics of artificial intelligence in the demand training of high skilled talents in Cangzhou City,and puts forward a series of training strategies of high skilled talents in Cangzhou City,so as to promote the strategic transformation and upgrading of Cangzhou City.
