摘　　要：阐述电子档案的收集与整理在信息技术的支持下,可以随时根据需求查询相应的材料,信息技术不仅可以保证档案管理的实效性得到进一步提升,还能提高档案的利用率。This paper expounds that the collection and sorting of electronic archives can query the corresponding materials according to the needs at any time with the support of information technology.Information technology can not only ensure the further improvement of the effectiveness of archives management,but also improve the utilization rate of archives.
