摘　　要：自噬不仅参与维持细胞能量平衡,也是细胞生长发育、新陈代谢、免疫应答等多种反应的信号调节机制。自噬的功能特点与中医气的推动、温煦、防御和中介等作用十分相似。自噬的功能与自噬活性有关,自噬活性受营养因素影响明显,这又与中医血的濡养作用紧密相连。生理情况下,自噬处于动态平衡,而自噬失衡则易导致疾病发生。因此,维持或恢复自噬平衡十分关键。自噬与气、血之间关系密切,调理气血是恢复自噬平衡的重要方法。Autophagy is not only involved in maintaining the energy balance of cells,but also the signal regulation mechanism of cell growth,metabolism,immune response,etc.Its functional characteristic is very similar to the effect of Qi in promoting,warming,defending,and mediating.And its function is related to the activity of autophagy that is significantly affected by nutritional factors,which is also closely related to the Blood nourishing function in TCM.Under physiological conditions,autophagy is in dynamic balance,however,its imbalance can easily lead to diseases.Therefore,maintaining or restoring the autophagy balance is critical.Autophagy is closely related to Qi and Blood thus regulating Qi and blood is an important method to restore its balance.
