摘　　要：目的:基于中医方剂的活性,研究方剂组分筛选的策略。方法:通过对当前方剂有效组分筛选的流程进行回顾,从方剂信息的获取、数据挖掘和方剂组分的筛选模式等角度对方剂组分筛选的研究策略进行了阐释,重点介绍了计算机辅助虚拟筛选的应用。结果:应注重计算机辅助虚拟筛选技术的应用,重视纳入信息质量的控制。结论:在未来的研究中,先期开展方剂组分的计算机虚拟筛选可能成为不可避免的步骤;数据的分析和应用是方剂组分筛选的关键。Objective:Based on the activity of TCM prescriptions,to study the strategy of prescription components screening.Methods:Through reviewing the current process of screening effective components of prescriptions,the research strategy of screening prescriptions was explained from the perspectives of obtaining prescription information,data mining,and screening modes of prescription components.And the application of computer-assisted virtual screening was high-lightened.Results:Attention should be paid to the application of computer-aided virtual screening technology,and the control of information quality should be emphasized.Conclusion:In future research,carrying out computer virtual screening of prescription components in advance may become a necessary step.And data analysis and application are the keys to prescription components screening.
