摘　　要：隐白穴,首见于《黄帝内经》,但其具体位置在各个时期不尽相同。最初只模糊地描述其定位在足大趾的内侧,后添加了“爪甲”“韭叶”为参照物,而后又进一步精确为“爪甲角”“爪甲根”。到新中国成立后,其定位使用了“一分许”的数值距离单位,在之后的规范化过程中最终确定了“甲根之角侧后方0.1寸”的位置。Yinbai acupoint(SP1)was first seen in Huang Di Nei Jing.However,its specific location is slightly different in several periods.At first,it was only vaguely described that it was positioned on the inner side of the big toe of the foot,then"nail"and"leek leaf"were added as references.Which was further accurate to"nail corner"and"nail root".Since the establishment of the P.R.C,the numerical distance unit of"about Yi Fen"was used in its positioning.Then in the later standardization process,the Yinbai′s location of"0.1 Cun"behind the rear side of the nail root corner"was finally determined.
