摘　　要：茶学是我国的特色专业,能为茶产业的发展输送大批高水平的专业人才。随着国家对茶产业的支持与政策规划,对我国茶叶行业提出了更深层次的发展思路和发展目标,这些目标的完成急需茶学实践型的创新型技术人才。分析茶学专业实践型创新人才培养的必要性,从加强实践型师资队伍建设和实践教学基地建设、完善实践教学方法和实践考核方式、整合茶学主干课程体系等方面构建茶学专业实践教学模式,为茶产业输送高素质的实践创新型人才。Tea Science is a characteristic specialty in China,which can transport a large number of high-level talents for the development of tea industry.With the support and planning of tea industry policy,China’s tea industry has put forward a deeper development ideas and development goals.In order to finish these goals,it is in urgent need of practical innovative technical talents in tea science.In this paper,the necessity of cultivating practical innovative talents in tea science is analysed,through the ways of strengthening the construction of practical teachers and practical teaching,improving the practical teaching methods and evaluation mode,integrating the main course system of tea science,the reform mode of practice teaching of tea specialty is constructed in order to deliver high-quality practical and innovative talents for tea industry.
