摘　　要：服务地方经济发展是地方高校的存在价值与发展动力,地方高校的人才培养体系建设对于地方经济转型升级、提高人才培养效率、提升人才的创新创业能力具有重要意义。在山西省产业结构转型升级的背景下,对太原科技大学电气工程专业课程体系设计和专业实践环节的具体做法进行归纳和总结,以期为山西省能源动力领域的人才培养提供有价值的参考,并为同类院校、相同或者相近专业,在实践教学体系、学科建设和实验室构建方面提供借鉴。Serving local economic development is the developmental motivation and existence value of local colleges and universities.The talent development system of local colleges and universities is of vital significance to the local economic transformation and upgrade,and improvement of the talent development efficiency and the talents’innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities.This research is set against the background of the industrial structural transformation and upgrade in Shanxi Province.The measures adopted by the Taiyuan University of Science and Technology for the curriculum system design and specialized practice of electric engineering majors are summarized.This research aims at providing valuable references for talent development in Shanxi’s energy and power field as well as for the practice teaching system,subject and lab construction of colleges of the same type or majors which are the same or similar to each other.
