摘  要:中小学体育教师队伍建设是学生体育素养培养的重要环节,在当前“逐步提高中考体育分值,启动体育高考研究”及“体育教师当班主任成为时髦”的背景下,中小学体育教师核心素养有了新的内涵。在以往的基础上,对教师综合知识的深加工和人际交往素养、班级管理能力方面提出了更高的要求。学校应顺应时代发展及社会需求,为中小学体育教师提供更大的发展空间。对中小学体育教师而言,应当不断提高核心素养,在促进中小学生身心发展的过程中承担更多责任。The construction of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools is an important link in the cultivation of students'physical education quality.Under the current background of"increasing the score of physical education in high school,including physical education into the study of college entrance examination"and"physical education teachers on duty as class directors become fashionable",the core quality of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools has a new connotation.On the basis of the previous studies,higher requirements have been put forward for the further processing of comprehensive knowledge,interpersonal communication quality and class management ability.Schools should also comply with the development of the times,social needs,give primary and secondary physical education teachers more development space.As for physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools,they should constantly improve their core qualities and assume more responsibilities in the process of promoting the physical and mental development of primary and secondary school students.
