摘  要:该文旨在探讨排舞运动对提升智障儿童身体和心理健康的作用,探索提高智障儿童身体素质和促进其心理健康的有效方法。该文通过对进行系统排舞训练的3个案分析,对受试者训练前后的数据进行对比分析,发现排舞运动对智障儿童生理、心理健康发展均有积极影响,对发掘智障儿童潜能、促进其身心康复、实现各方面协调发展有重要作用。This paper aims to explore the role of line dance in improving the physical and mental health of mentally retarded children,and to explore effective methods to improve the physical quality and mental health of mentally retarded children.Through the analysis of three cases of systematic line dance training and the comparative analysis of the data before and after training,this paper finds that line dance has a positive impact on the physical and mental health development of mentally retarded children,and plays an important role in exploring the potential of mentally retarded children,promoting their physical and mental recovery and realizing the coordinated development of all aspects.
