摘　　要：该文首先对云南师范大学附属小学的基本信息和体育项目进行简要概述,并分析该小学民族传统体育资源开发现状,然后从思想观念、教师能力、管理体制、文化氛围等方面分析民族传统体育资源开发问题,并从提高教师的体教融合理念、开发民族传统体育课程、完善体育课程资源管理体制、营造民族传统体育资源开发文化氛围等方面阐述云南师范大学附属小学的民族传统体育资源开发策略。This paper first briefly summarizes the basic information and sports items of the primary school affiliated to Yunnan Normal University,and analyzes the current situation of the development of traditional ethnic sports resources in the primary school,and then analyzes the development of traditional ethnic sports resources from the aspects of ideology,teachers'ability,management system,cultural atmosphere,etc.This paper expounds the strategies of developing traditional ethnic sports resources in the primary school affiliated to Yunnan Normal University from the aspects of improving teachers'idea of integrating physical education with physical education,developing traditional ethnic sports curriculum,perfecting the management system of physical education curriculum resources,and creating cultural atmosphere of developing traditional ethnic sports resources.
