摘　　要：面向国家第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要,明确在"坚持创新驱动发展,全面塑造发展新优势"的纲要引领下,军工企业应结合国家赋予的使命与任务,在新时代科技创新管理体系的框架下,强化科技创新力量,提升企业技术创新能力,构建明确的科技创新激励机制,激发人才创新活力,全面推动国家构建创新技术发展新优势。Facing the country's 14th Five-Year Plan and the outline of 2035 vision,it is clear that under the guidance of"adhering to innovation-driven development and comprehensively building new advantages for development",military industrial enterprises should combine the missions and tasks entrusted by the state to strengthen scientific and technological innovation,enhance the technological innovation capability,establish a clear incentive mechanism for scientific and technological innovation and stimulate the innovation vitality of talents in the framework of scientific and technological innovation management system in the new era to push the country to construct new advantages of innovative technology development.
