摘　　要：在新时代背景下,施工企业面临着财务转型升级和管理创新等重要问题。在新兴的互联网技术中,区块链技术作为会计信息化发展中的关键技术备受各行各业的关注。本文从区块链技术的本质与核心特征出发,重点分析了施工企业财务管理存在的问题,以及区块链技术如何帮助施工企业实现财务管理的转型,最后探讨了区块链技术在应用和人才方面带来的挑战与机遇。Under the background of the new era,construction companies are facing important issues such as financial transformation and upgrading and management innovation.Among the emerging Internet technologies,blockchain technology as a key technology in the development of accounting information has attracted the attention of all industries.Starting from the essence and core characteristics of blockchain technology,this paper focuses on analyzing the existing problems of financial management of construction enterprises,and how blockchain technology can help construction enterprises realize the transformation of financial management.Finally,it discusses the application and talents of blockchain technology,challenges and opportunities brought by aspects.
