救援训练教官职业标准建设探析

摘　　要：当前,我国救援队伍正进入职业化建设和快速发展阶段,随之而产生的对救援训练、培训和演练的专业化需求也更加迫切。通过调研相关职业资格和职业标准,包括职业概括、基本要求和工作要求等,将长期存在救援领域的统一称谓的“教官”进行职业化定位和分级,同时,进一步探索救援训练教官的评定和准入、退出机制,形成救援训练教官的训练、培训和演练规范。搜索救援训练教官职业化建设的探索和实践,对我国应急管理系统的培训基地、消防训练基地以及各级培训基地教官队伍建设的正规化、专业化和职业化的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。At present,China’s rescue team is entering a stage of professional construction and rapid development,which brings more urgent needs in professional training and drill.By investigating relevant professional qualifications and standards,including overview,basic requirements and job specifications of the occupation,the paper proposes to define and grade the longstanding unified title“instructor”.At the same time,the evaluation,access and exit mechanism of rescue instructors should be further explored to form the training and drill specifications.The exploration and practice of the professional construction of rescue instructors have certain referential significance for the standardization,specialization and professionalization of the training center,fire training base of China’s emergency management system,and various training bases in the society.
