摘  要:目的建立浊点萃取法对山楂黄酮的提取工艺方法采用浊点萃取法、考察液固比、萃取时间、盐溶液离子强度、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚浓度对提取率的影响,利用Design expert 8.0软件优化提取工艺,标准曲线法求山楂总黄酮含量;结果山楂黄酮的最佳提取工艺为液料比87.321,萃取时间30.68 min,盐溶液离子强度3.45 mol·L^(-1)、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚浓度34.2 g·L^(-1),提取率为2.72%。炮制方法对山楂黄酮含量影响明显,黄酮含量关系生山楂>炒山楂>焦山楂>山楂炭;结论该方法操作简单、稳定可靠,提取率高,并且绿色环保,避免高温条件有机物分解。To establish a cloud point extraction process for extracting hawthorn flavonoids,the effects of liquid-solid ratio,extraction time,ionic strength of salt solution and concentration of polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether on the extraction rate were investigated by Design expert 8.0,and standard curve method was used to estimate total flavonoids of Hawthorn.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of liquid to material was 87.32:1,the extraction time 30.68 min,the ionic strength of salt solution 3.45 mol·L^(-1),the concentration of polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether 34.2 g·L^(-1),and the extraction rate 2.72%.The effect of processing method on total flavonoids contents in hawthorn was great.The relationship between the processing methods and flavonoids content was as follows:raw Hawthorn>fried Hawthorn>burnt Hawthorn>Hawthorn charcoal.In conclusion,this method is simple,stable and reliable,green and environment-friendly,at the same time,extraction rate is high and organic matter is avoided being decomposited under high temperature conditions by use of this process method.
