两种非常规动物性蛋白质饲料在畜禽生产中应用的研究进展

摘　　要：目前我国养殖业发展中饲料问题主要是蛋白质饲料的短缺,扩大蛋白质饲料资源,寻求它的替代品、即非常规动物蛋白饲料很有必要。蚯蚓、黄粉虫这两种非常规动物性饲料因其含有极其较多的蛋白质、氨基酸、矿物质元素及维生素等营养物质,这些营养素可以提高畜禽的生产性能、产品质量、免疫能力等,因而深受人们关注。该文综合分析了蚯蚓和黄粉虫的营养成分组成及营养特性,以及它们在畜禽养殖中的应用状况和前景,以期为蚯蚓、黄粉虫这两种非常规动物性蛋白质饲料的进一步研究应用提供参考。At present,the main feed problem in the development of aquaculture industry in China is the shortage of protein feed,so it is necessary to expand the protein feed resources and seek its substitute(unconventional animal protein feed).The two kinds of non-conventional animal feed including earthworm and powdery mildew have attracted more attention because they contain a lot of protein,amino acid,mineral elements and vitamins.In this paper,the nutritional composition and nutritional characteristics of earthworm and powdery mildew,as well as their application and prospect in livestock and poultry breeding were comprehensively analyzed,thereby,providing reference for the further research and application of earthworm and powdery mildew.
