摘　　要：文章基于乡村振兴战略提出闲置宅基地的“1+X”利用模式。以浙江省五市宅基地制度改革试点地区为例,运用扎根理论模型中的理论性编码和实质性编码以及6C家族模型进行质性分析。研究得出:闲置宅基地“1+X”利用的主要动机在于政策导向、资源导向、利益导向,主要条件在于政府、企业、“人”“地”配合,主要形式是政府引导、政企合作、设施共建、“互联网+”,主要的绩效体现在美化乡村、富裕乡民、产业升级。不同的利用动机会产生不同的利用形式,不同的利用形式又会带来不同的绩效。Based on the rural revitalization strategy, this paper puts forward the "1+X" utilization mode of idle homestead. Taking the pilot areas of five cities′ homestead system reform in Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper makes a qualitative analysis by using the theoretical coding and substantive coding of grounded theory model and 6 C family model. The research finds that the main motive of the utilization of 1+X in idle homestead consists in policy orientation, resource orientation and interest orientation. The main condition lies in the cooperation of government, enterprises, "people" and "land". The main forms are government guidance, government-enterprise cooperation, co-construction of facilities and "Internet plus". The main achievements are in beautifying the countryside, making villagers affluent and upgrading industry. Different utilizing motivation will produce different utilizing forms, which in turn will bring different performances.
