控制营养状况评分与脑梗死预后及TOAST分型关系研究

摘　　要：目的:研究控制营养状况评分与脑梗死预后及TOAST分型的关系。方法:对496例脑梗死患者进行控制营养状况评分及TOAST分型,比较高控制营养状况评分组与低控制营养状况评分组发病3个月的病残率及复发率,分析TOAST分型各型控制营养状况评分的差异。结果:随访3个月,高控制营养状况评分组病残率和复发率比低控制营养状况评分组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各TOAST分型中,心源性栓塞型脑梗死患者控制营养状况评分最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他各型脑梗死患者CONUT评分两两比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:控制营养状况评分可以作为脑梗死预后判断的指标,在脑梗死TOAST分型中,心源性栓塞型脑梗死患者控制营养状况评分最高。Objective:To investigate the correlation between controlling nutritional status score,prognosis of cerebral infarction and TOAST classification.Methods:496 Patients with cerebral infarction were divided into high control nutritional status score group and low control nutritional status score group according to the controlling nutritional status score.The disability rate and recurrence rate in 3 months after onset were compared between the two groups.Analyze the differences in the cintrol nutritional status score of each type of TOAST classifications.Results:The disability rate and recurrence rate of high control nutritional status score group were higher than those of low control nutritional status score group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the different types of TOAST classifications,the controlling nutritional status score of patients with cardioembolic cerebral infarction was the highest,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The controlling nutritional status score can be used as an index to judge the prognosis of cerebral infarction.In TOAST classification of cerebral infarction,the controlling nutritional status score of patients with cardioembolic cerebral infarction is the highest.
