摘  要:目的探究“互联网+”与案例式教学相结合的新模式在针灸科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年—2020年在广州中医药大学第一附属医院针灸科轮科实习的本科护理实习生60名,随机分为实验租和对照组,各30名。实验组采用“互联网+”与案例式教学结合的新模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,教学结束后进行教学效果评价。结果实验组在技能考核成绩、笔试考核成绩、评判性思维量表评分(Critical thinking disposition inventor-chinese version,CTDI-CV)、学生满意度等方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”背景下的案例式教学模式在针灸科护理教学上比传统的护理教学模式教学效果更优,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the application effect of a new model combining“Internet+”and case-based teaching in acupuncture nursing teaching.Methods Based on the principle of randomization and control,the nursing students in the Acupuncture Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into groups.The experimental group adopted a new model combining“Internet+”and case-based teaching,and the control group adopted traditional methods.Teaching mode,and evaluate the teaching effect after 4 weeks of teaching.Results The test group was better than the control group in terms of skill assessment scores,written test assessment scores,and critical thinking disposition inventor-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV),and student satisfaction.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case-based teaching model under the background of“Internet+”is more effective than the traditional nursing teaching model in acupuncture and moxibustion nursing teaching,and it is worthy of further promotion.
