公交系统钱币分类整理机的设计与实现

摘　　要：为提高公交系统人工分拣整理纸、币的效率,设计一款对纸、币分类及整理的钱币分拣机.在PLC和单片机的逻辑控制下,设计了钱币分拣、硬币分类计数和纸币整理三个功能模块,其中钱币分拣模块利用质量与直径两个物理特征,通过风源装置和分离滑道装置对纸、币进行分类;硬币分类计数模块通过硬币直径大小不一性,使硬币在旋转盘上进入不同的通道实现分类,并用传感器等零件完成对硬币的计数显示、收纳整理;纸币整理模块是在剔除残破纸币后,通过机械臂等机构实现对展平纸币的整理、堆叠.本设计通过硬币分类模块和纸币整理模块可将纸、币高效分离整理,并对其单独计数与总额计数整理.测试发现,本设计可以正确分拣硬币与纸币,其中钱币分类模块准确率可达95%左右,硬币计数速度最高可达每分钟100枚,能大量减少劳动力,提高工作效率.In order to improve the efficiency of the manual sorting of banknotes and coins in fare boxes in buses,a coin and note sorting machine is designed.Under the logic control of PLC and the microchip machine,coin sorting,counting classification and note sorting are designed in terms of weight and area.Through physical features,and coins and notes are sorted and stacked by using the mechanical arm and other mechanisms.This design can efficiently separate and organize notes and coins in fare-boxes and count them.It is found that the design can completely correctly sort the coins and banknotes,can achieve an accuracy rate of about 95%for counting of coins and notes,and the maximum counting speed of 100 coins/min,thereby greatly reducing labor and improving work efficiency.
