摘  要:干燥方式会影响植物化学成分保存含量,为比较热风干燥(HAD)和自然风干(NAD)2种干燥方式下樟叶越桔不同组织中主效成分含量差异,以采自云南省楚雄州武定县内野生樟叶越桔为原料,采用HAD(45℃)和NAD对樟叶越桔成熟叶片、幼嫩叶片和花芽3种组织样品进行干燥处理,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定不同组织部位中熊果苷、绿原酸和6′-O-咖啡酰熊果苷(CA)含量。结果显示:NAD处理的樟叶越桔不同组织部位中熊果苷、绿原酸和CA 3种主效成分含量均显著高于HAD(45℃)处理的,且除幼嫩叶片(TL-HP)和花芽(FB-ZX)中熊果苷含量外,其他所有含量在2种干燥方式间的差异还达到了极显著水平(P<0.01)。综上所述:在其他条件不变的情况下,NAD相比HAD可显著提高樟叶越桔组织中主效成分含量。因此在樟叶越桔组织样品干燥处理中,应选择NAD方式代替以往常常使用的HAD方式,以提高主效成分的提取含量。Drying methods affect the retention content of phytochemicals. In order to compare the content difference of main components in different tissues of Vaccinium dunalianum under 2 drying methods of hot air drying(HAD) and natural air drying(NAD). Mature leaves, tender leaves and flower buds of wild V. dunalianum plants from Wuding County, Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province were dried via HAD(45 ℃) and NAD, and their contents of arbutin, chlorogenic acid and 6′-O-caffeoylarbutin(CA) were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The results showed that the contents of arbutin, chlorogenic acid and CA in different tissue samples of V. dunalianum treated with NAD were significantly higher than those treated with HAD(45℃)(P<0.05). Moreover, the difference of the other contents between the 2 drying methods was also extremely significant(P<0.01) except for the contents of arbutin in tender leaves(TL-HP) and flower buds(FB-ZX). The above results showed that the NAD method significantly increased the contents of main effective ingredients in V.dunalianum compared with the HAD method under other conditions unchanged. Therefore, the NAD method should be chosen instead of HAD method that is often used in the drying treatment of V. dunalianum tissue samples, so as to improve the extraction contents of main effective ingredients.
