摘　　要：目的:系统评价中度有氧运动对于老年轻度认知障碍(MCI)病人认知状况的影响。方法:系统检索Web of Science、MedLine、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Elsevier SDOL、EMbase、中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库中有关中度有氧运动对于老年MCI病人认知状况影响的随机对照试验。检索时限为建库至2020年4月22日。进行文献筛选、数据提取和质量评价后,采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入12篇随机对照试验,Meta分析结果显示,与对照组比较,试验组MCI病人的蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分[MD=1.61,95%CI(1.25,1.98),P<0.00001]、简易精神状况量表评分[MD=0.78,95%CI(0.37,1.20),P=0.0002]和韦氏逻辑记忆量表评分[MD=3.08,95%CI(1.77,4.39),P<0.00001]提高。结论:现有证据表明,中等强度有氧运动可以有效改善老年MCI病人的认知功能,但还需要更多高质量研究佐证研究结果。Objective:To systematically evaluate the of moderate aerobic exercise on elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods:Randomized controlled trials on effects of moderate aerobic exercise on elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment,were systematically retrieved from Web of Science,MedLine,PubMed,The Cochrane Library,Elsevier SDOL,EMbase,CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP.The retrieval period was from the establishment of databases to 22 April,2020.After literature screening,data extraction and quality evaluation,Review Manager 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.Results:A total of 12 randomized controlled trials were included.Meta⁃analysis results showed that compared with control group,the score of Montreal Cognitive Assessment[MD=1.61,95%CI(1.25,1.98),P<0.00001],the score of Mini⁃Mental State Examination[MD=0.78,95%CI(0.37,1.20),P=0.0002]and the score of Wechsler Memory Scale[MD=3.08,95%CI(1.77,4.39),P<0.00001]of experiment group had improved.Conclusions:Existing evidence shows that moderate aerobic exercise can effectively improve cognitive function of elderly patients with MCI,but more high⁃quality studies are needed to verify the research results.
