摘　　要：提出考试技术是实现教育考试治理体系与治理能力现代化的核心支撑。阐述考试技术现代化的内涵和意义,简要分析我国考试技术的发展现状、问题及其原因。重点提出推进我国教育考试技术现代化的5个初步构想:(1)明确推进教育考试技术现代化的战略目标;(2)完善推进考试技术现代化的原则与策略;(3)扩大考试技术现代化的社会共识;(4)整合考试技术现代化的社会合力;(5)建立健全考试技术现代化的保障机制。This paper puts forward the proposition that examination technology is the fundamental way out to realize the modernization of education examination governance system and governance ability,and emphasizes that the country should accelerate the modernization of examination technology.It expounds the connotation and significance of the modernization of examination technology,and briefly introduces the development status,problems and deficiencies of examination technology in China,as well as the analysis of their causes.The article emphatically puts forward the primary design on the modernization of education examination technology in our country,including the test technology modernization as a basic strategy for promoting the scientific development of the education examination in China,the principle and strategy of promoting the modernization of test technology,expanding social consensus for the test technology modernization,integrating non-governmental sectors to the test technology modernization,establishing and perfecting the guarantee mechanism of the test technology modernization.
