新生儿科患儿母亲捐赠母乳知识及态度水平的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查新生儿科患儿母亲捐赠母乳知识及态度情况,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法对新生儿科患儿母亲进行一般资料调查表、住院产妇捐赠母乳的知识和态度问卷、社会支持评定量表调查。结果回收有效问卷585份,397名(67.9%)新生儿科患儿母亲曾了解母乳库,490名(83.8%)新生儿科患儿母亲愿意捐赠母乳,527名(90.1%)新生儿科患儿母亲愿意其孩子使用捐赠母乳。多因素分析显示,年龄、受教育程度、产次、婴儿住院时间为新生儿科患儿母亲捐赠母乳知识的影响因素(P<0.05),年龄、受教育程度、产次、婴儿住院时间、社会支持为新生儿科患儿母亲捐赠母乳态度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论新生儿科患儿母亲对母乳库的知识、态度水平较高。年轻、受教育程度较高、经产妇、婴儿住院时间较长的新生儿科患儿母亲捐赠母乳知识、态度水平更高,社会支持水平较高的新生儿科患儿母亲捐赠母乳态度水平更高。Objective To investigate the status on knowledge and attitude on breast milk donation for mothers of infants in neonatology department and analyze its influencing factors.Method Choose mothers of infants in neonatology department by convenient sampling and investigate them by general information questionnaire,knowledge and attitude scale on breast milk donation for hospitalized parturients and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Result Totally 585 valid questionnaires are received.There are 67.9%mothers of infants in neonatology department have been aware of the breast milk bank.Mothers willing to donate breast milk account for 83.8%and mothers willing to use donated breast milk for their children account for 90.1%.Multiple factor analysis shows that age,education level,production times and length of hospital stay for infants are influencing factors of knowledge on breast milk donation(P<0.05),age,education level,production times,length of hospital stay for infants and social support are influencing factors of attitude on breast milk donation(P<0.05)for mothers of infants in neonatology department.Conclusion Knowledge and attitude level on breast milk bank for mothers of infants in neonatology department are high.Mothers with younger age,higher education level,multipara and longer hospital stay of infants have higher knowledge and attitude level on breast milk donation.Mothers with more social support have higher attitude level on breast milk donation.
