摘 要:针对贴面压机热压板工作表面温度分布不均匀的问题,采用传热学、计算流体力学的方法和使用Fluent软件,对热压板温度场进行数值模拟和热耦合研究,分析压板温度场的分布特点,总结压板工作表面温度分布规律,得到工作表面温度分布更加均匀的优化方案。结果表明:双层孔道的热压板加热循环系统对比单层孔道的加热循环系统,压板的温度场分布更加均匀。该研究可为贴面压机热压板的设计与优化提供理论指导。In view of the problem of uneven temperature distribution on the working surface of the hot press plate of a veneer press,methods in heat transfer and computational fluid dynamics were adopted and software Fluent were used to conduct numerical simulation and thermal coupling research on the temperature field of the hot press plate,with the distribution characteristics of the hot press plate temperature field analyzed,the law of temperature distribution on the working surface of the press plate summarized,an optimized solution for a more uniform temperature distribution on the working surface obtained.The results show that the heating circulation system of the hot press plate with double-layer channels had more uniform temperature field distribution than that with single-layer channels.The research provides theoretical guidance for the design and optimization of the hot press plate of the veneer press.
