链锯锯链切齿链片硬度测量不确定度分析

摘　　要：链锯锯链是以汽油机为动力源的油锯和以电机为动力源的电链锯的重要工作部件,锯链硬度的大小直接影响油锯锯切的效率,结合检测工作实践对链锯锯链切齿链片硬度测量进行不确定度分析并得出其不确定度值。A chain is an important working part of a chain saw with a gasoline engine as the power source and an electric chain saw with a motor as the power source and the hardness of the chain directly influences the cutting efficiency of a chain saw,In this paper,combined with the detection work practice,the uncertainty of chain saw chain cutter link hardness measurement was analyzed and uncertainty values were obtained.
