浅析二工段长刨花制备方法与装备技术发展

摘　　要：简要分析了普通刨花板、超强刨花板、OSB的特点,目前超强刨花板在中高端市场的应用已越来越广泛,二工段长刨花制备是超强刨花板生产工艺中的重要环节。以镇江中福马机械有限公司的二工段主要设备鼓式削片机和环式刨片机为例,介绍二工段长刨花制备的生产流程以及主要工序特点,包括二工段主要设备的结构组成以及适用于长刨花制备的主机特有设计结构。The characteristics of plain particleboard,super strong particleboard and OSB were analyzed briefly.Super strong particleboard is increasingly widely used in mid-and high-end markets,and the long shaving preparation equipment in the second workshop section is an important link is the super strong particleboard production process.Taking the drum chipper and knife ring flaker in the second section of Zhenjiang Zhongfuma Machinery Co.,Ltd.as an example,the production process of long shaving preparation in the second workshop section and the characteristics of main processes were introduced,including the the structure of the main equipment used in the second workshop section and the unique design structure of the main machine suitable for the preparation of long shavings.
