摘 要:肝脏本质为黏弹性体,兼具黏性和弹性力学特性。黏性反映肝组织抗形变能力,是表征组织病理变化的重要参数;但目前多数商用超声弹性成像忽略肝组织的黏性特征而将其假设为纯弹性体。超声剪切波频散(SWD)成像可同时获得反映肝脏黏性和弹性的相关参数,为评估肝脏弥漫性病变提供全新的视角。本文就超声SWD成像原理及其在肝脏弥漫性病变中的研究进展进行综述。Liver is essentially a viscoelastomer with both viscous and elastic mechanical properties.The viscous property reflects the ability of tissue to resist deformation,which is an important parameter to characterize pathological changes of tissue.However,most commercial ultrasound elastographies ignore the viscosity of liver and only assume it as a pure elastomer.Ultrasound shear wave dispersion(SWD)imaging could obtain parameters reflecting viscosity and elasticity of the liver,providing a new perspective for evaluating diffuse liver diseases.The principle of ultrasound SWD imaging and relative research advancements in diffuse liver diseases were reviewed in this article.
