扶正固本法联合靶向治疗肝癌后生活质量的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究应用扶正固本法联合靶向治疗对于肝癌后期患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年5月在贵州医科大学附属医院进行治疗的66例肝癌患者作为研究对象,采用区组随机化分组法将患者平均分为探究组和参照组,每组33例。参照组患者给予靶向药物治疗;探究组患者在参照组治疗基础上给予扶正固本汤加减治疗,对比两组患者生活质量及治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后探究组肝癌患者生活质量量表(Quality of Life-Liver Cancer,QOL-LC)评分及卡氏功能状态(Karnofsky Performance Status,KPS)评分均显著高于参照组;且探究组肝癌患者谷草转氨酶(Aspartate Aminotransferase,AST)、谷丙转氨酶(Alanine Aminotransferase,ALT)、总胆红素(Serum Total Bilirubin,STB)、血清甲胎蛋白(Alpha Fetoprotein,AFP)、异常凝血酶原(Abnormal Prothrombin,APT)水平及治疗有效率均明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:扶正固本法联合靶向治疗有助于提高肝癌后期患者的生活质量,值得在临床进行推广及应用。Objective: To explore the effect of applying the Fuzheng Guben method(扶正固本法) plus targeted therapy on the quality of life of patients with advanced liver cancer. Methods: 66 patients with liver cancer were taken as the research object, and the patients were divided into the exploratory group and the reference group evenly by the block randomization grouping method, with 33 cases in each group. The reference group was treated by targeted drug therapy, and the exploratory group was given the Fuzheng Guben decoction more.The quality of life and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the QOLLC scores and KPS scores in the exploratory group were significantly higher than the reference group. The exploratory group of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, serum total bilirubin, serum alpha fetoprotein, abnormal prothrombin level and treatment effective rate were significantly better than the reference group, the data difference was obvious, and there was analytical verification value between the statistical data indicators(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Fuzheng Guben method and targeted therapy can improve the quality of life of patients with liver cancer in the later stage, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
