运用补中益气汤加味治疗脑梗死后重症肌无力病案一则

摘　　要：脑梗死是一种起病较急的脑血管疾病,当患者病程时间超过半年时,将可出现后遗重症肌无力症状。现阶段临床主要采用西药进行治疗脑梗死后重症肌无力,但其临床效果尚未达到预期,且中西医结合治疗为近年治疗趋势。因此,文章通过介绍一则验案,旨在探讨在康复和西药治疗的基础上,运用补中益气汤加减治疗该脑梗后重症肌无力患者的临床疗效。Cerebral infarction is a rapid-onset cerebrovascular disease. When the patient’s course of disease exceeds half a year, the sequelae of myasthenia gravis may appear. At this stage, the clinical practice mainly uses western medicine to treat myasthenia gravis after cerebral infarction, but its clinical effect has not yet reached the expectation, and the integrative medicine is the treatment trend in recent years. Therefore, this article introduces a case treated with the Buzhong Yiqi decoction, in which a large dose of astragalus is used in the prescription, combined with anemarrhena and other medicines, with good efficacy.
