摘 要:随着现代化进程加快,传统手工技艺非遗项目面临人才断层问题,高校试图采用现代学徒制解决现代性教育系统与传统手工技艺传承相融的模式问题。分析闽南传统民居营造技艺传承现状,基于现代学徒制的适用性,从“七个二元”培养机制、“3324”育人体系以及相关支撑条件等方面,提出构建传统手工技艺非遗项目活态传承的实施路径。With the acceleration of modernization,traditional craftsmanship in intangible cultural heritage projects is suffering from talent gaps.Modern apprenticeship is adopted by colleges and universities with an attempt to find a mode boosting the integration of modern education systems and traditional craftsmanship inheritance.The status quo of traditional folk house construction techniques in Southern Fujian was analyzed before implementation paths were built for the live inheritance of traditional craftsmanship in intangible cultural heritage projects.Based on the applicability of modern apprenticeship,the paths were proposed from the aspects of the“seven duality”training mechanisms,the“3324”education system and related supporting conditions.
