摘 要:教师评价是促进教师专业发展的有效手段。但教师评价在新管理主义盛行和高校对评价目的、办学定位的认识不清晰的影响下,我国现有的评价机制过于统一的评价指标、过于注重总结性的评价方式、过于注重奖惩性的评价结果,影响着教师专业发展的良好构建。发展性教师评价着眼于教师未来发展,具有注重过程性发展、评价主体多元化的特点,能有效地走出现行评价机制带来的困境。Teacher evaluation is an effective means to promote the professional development of teachers.However,under the influence of the prevalence of new managerialism and the unclear understanding of the purpose of evaluation and the orientation of school running in colleges and universities,the existing evaluation mechanism in my country is too unified evaluation indicators,too much emphasis on summative evaluation methods,and too much emphasis on reward and punishment evaluation.As a result,it affects the good construction of teachers1 professional development.Developmental teacher evaluation focuses on the future development of teachers.It has the characteristics of focusing on process development and diversified evaluation subjects,which can effectively overcome the dilemma brought by the current evaluation mechanism.
