海扶刀与腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析海扶刀与腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及安全性。方法40例子宫肌瘤患者,根据手术方式的不同分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,观察组采用海扶刀治疗。对比两组手术效果、不良反应发生情况、复发情况、性激素水平。结果两组治疗总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率5.00%、复发率0,均低于对照组的30.00%、20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组黄体生成激素(LH)、卵泡生成激素(FSH)和催乳素(PRL)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海扶刀与腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术均可良好治疗子宫肌瘤,但海扶刀术后不良反应相对较少,疾病复发率相对较低,安全性高,值得应用。Objective To analyze the effect and safety of high-intensity focused ultrasound and laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods A total of 40 patients with hysteromyoma were divided into control group and observation group according to the different surgical methods,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy,and the observation group was treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound.The surgical effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate and sex hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,and the recurrence rate was 0,which were all lower than 30.00%and 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and prolactin(PRL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both high-intensity focused ultrasound and laparoscopic myomectomy can treat hysteromyoma well,but the postoperative adverse reactions of high-intensity focused ultrasound are relatively less,the recurrence rate of disease is relatively low,and the safety is high,which is worthy of application.
