摘　　要：目前,拓展训练已经成为高校学校体育的重要项目之一。该文运用文献法和观察法,并结合自身教学体验对拓展训练课程教师的教学能力进行了论证。研究发现,拓展训练教师要在思想认识上形成正确的教育观、体育观、课程观;在教学行为上,要着重培养体育教师的表达能力、组织能力、引导能力及人格魅力。只有这样,才能最大程度地实现学校体育的价值与功能。At present,outward bound has become an important item of college physical education.In this paper,the use of literature and observation,combined with their own teaching experience,the teaching ability of teachers of this course is demonstrated.It is found that outward bound teachers should form correct views on education,physical education and curriculum.We should focus on the cultivation of physical education teachers'ability of expression,organization,guidance and personality charm.Only in this way can the value and function of school physical education be realized to the greatest extent.
