摘  要:目的探索本科麻醉学专业新的教学改革思路,提升基于GMER理念培养麻醉学专业本科生的临床岗位胜任能力。方法2016年9月—2018年6月将该校麻醉学专业高年级本科学生随机分为两组,各50名:传统教学对照组(CON组),GMER教学组(GMER组),后者接受新的课程内容,包括临床能力、疾病预防、信息管理、医学知识与学习、沟通能力、合作能力、科研能力和个人修养,以临床技能成绩进行教学效果的评价。结果GMER组总成绩高于传统教学对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论GMER组的教学模式能更好提升整体素质,培养更强的临床能力,更符合临床工作要求。Objective To explore new teaching reform ideas for the undergraduate anesthesiology specialty,and to improve the clinical competence of undergraduates in anesthesiology based on the GMER concept.Methods From September 2016 to June 2018 the senior undergraduate students majoring in anesthesiology in the school were randomly divided into two groups,50 people in each group:the traditional teaching control group(CON group)and the GMER teaching group(GMER group).The latter received new curriculum content,including clinical ability,disease prevention,information management,medical knowledge and learning,communication ability,cooperation ability,scientific research ability and personal cultivation.The teaching effect was evaluated based on clinical skills.Results The total score of the GMER group was higher than that of the traditional teaching control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of the GMER group can better improve the overall quality,cultivate stronger clinical ability,and meet the requirements of clinical work.
