摘　　要：目前,我国新医改正在不断推行中,基于这一新政策之下,促使我国现代医院管理体制发生一定变化,这样能够对医院的管理水平进行一定程度的提升,也能够对医院的服务能力增强。但不可否认的是,目前医院管理仍然存在许多问题,医患关系也十分紧张,为了改变这一现状,需要重点关注和重视思想政治工作,从转变思想意识的角度出发,结合多种途径和方法,促使医院人员职业道德和综合素质的不断增加,进而实现医院的长足稳定发展。At present,our country's new medical reform is being continuously implemented.Based on this new policy,certain changes have been made in our country's modern hospital management system,which can improve the management level of hospitals to a certain extent and can also enhance the service capacity of the hospital to a certain extent.However,it is undeniable that there are still many problems in hospital management and the relationship between doctors and patients is also very tense.In order to change this situation,it is necessary to focus on and pay attention to ideological and political work,starting from the perspective of changing ideology,and combining multiple approaches and methods.Promote the continuous increase of the professional ethics and comprehensive quality of the hospital staff,and then achieve the long-term and stable development of the hospital.
