摘  要:目的对以病例为引导的中医急诊教学实践进行探讨。方法以在该院中医急诊实习的62名护生为研究对象,时段选取范围2018年7月—2020年7月,以抛硬币法进行分组,组别为对比组与研究组。对比组护生31名,采用传统教学法,研究组护生31名,采用以病例为引导的教学法,以护生教学效果、主观能力、教学满意度为观察指标,之后对两组观察结果进行统计比较。结果与教学前比较,两组教学后护理评估、护理问题、护理计划、护理评价、护理理论、护理操作评分明显升高,且研究组明显高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学习兴趣、自学能力、临床思维能力、交流能力、解决问题能力评分明显高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于对比组,研究组带教氛围、带教技巧、带教内容、带教素质评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医急诊教学中应用以病例为引导的教学法后,不仅可以提高教学效果与护生主观能力,还可以提高教学满意度,值得临床推荐应用。Objective To discuss the emergency teaching practice of Chinese medicine guided by cases.Methods Sixty-two nursing students in the emergency department of Chinese medicine in the hospital were selected as the research objects.The time period was selected from July 2018 to July 2020.They were grouped by coin flipping,and the groups were the control group and the study group.There were 31 nursing students in the control group,using traditional teaching methods,and 31 nursing students in the study group,using case-led teaching methods,taking the teaching effect,subjective ability,and teaching satisfaction of the nursing students as the observation indicators,and then the results of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with before teaching,the scores of nursing assessment,nursing problems,nursing plan,nursing evaluation,nursing theory,and nursing operation in the two groups after teaching increased significantly,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the study group's learning interest,self-study ability,clinical thinking ability,communication ability,and problem-solving ability were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group's teaching atmosphere,teaching skills,teaching content,and teaching quality scores were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After applying the case-guided teaching method in TCM emergency teaching,not only can the teaching effect and the subjective ability of nursing students be improved,but also the teaching satisfaction can be improved,and it is worthy of clinical recommendation and application.
