摘  要:针对液力变速器出厂试验而设计的液力变速器性能试验台,采用电封闭方式实现转矩加载,可完成不同转速及载荷工况下液力变速器的换挡性能试验。试验台测试控系统软件设计中采用模块化编程,具有良好的软件可移植性和调试便捷性。转速输入和转矩加载通过PID调节控制,可实现试验过程数据自动存储、自动报表输出和微动曲线输出打印,整个试验过程自动完成,可显著提高液力变速器的试验效率。介绍液力变速器试验台测控系统硬件设计和软件系统实现思路。Hydrodynamic transmission performance test bench designed for delivery test of hydrodynamic transmission adopts electrically closed mode to realize torque loading,which can complete shift performance test of hydrodynamic transmission under different speed and load conditions.Modular programming is adopted in software design of measurement and test system of test bench,which has good software portability and debugging convenience.Speed input and torque loading are controlled by PID regulation,which can realize automatic storage of test process data,automatic report output and fretting curve output printing.The entire test process is completed automatically,which can significantly improve test efficiency of hydrodynamic transmission.Implementation ideas of hardware design and software design of measurement and control system of hydrodynamic transmis sion test bench are introduced.
