摘　　要：2022年我国即将举办北京冬奥会,志愿者作为体育赛事文化的传播因子将参与其中,秉持乐于奉献理念,接续“微笑北京”的传奇。运用文献资料等研究方法分析我国体育志愿者培训现状存在的主要问题,指出革新培训方式的紧迫性,结合体育院校于冬奥会志愿者培训中的优势,提出校际联合开展体育志愿者培训的建议。研究认为:通过立目标、融组织、建课程、选师资、搭平台、验效果方略让院校联合构建线上冬奥会志愿者培训体系,可实现培养冬季运动文化传播群体、增加冬季运动志愿者储备两大目标,且易于将冬奥会志愿者遗产由赛事转向大众。The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games will be held in China.Volunteers will be involved as the cultural transmission factor of the sports events.They will uphold the concept of dedication and continue the legend of“Smile Beijing”.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the training of sports volunteers in China by means of literature and other research methods,points out the urgency of innovating the training methods,and puts forward some suggestions to carry out the training of sports volunteers by combining the advantages of sports colleges in the training of winter Olympic volunteers.Study:through the set objectives,organization,building courses,choose teachers,build platform,the effect of test plan for colleges and universities jointly build online games volunteers training system,which can realize cultivation of winter sports culture communication group,increasing the winter sports volunteer reserve two goals,and easy to winter Olympics volunteer heritage from the event to the public.
