摘　　要：首先分析了内河水面垃圾源头、特征及危害影响;然后介绍了相关现行政策法规/标准规范的管理与处理简况;最后指出存在问题并提出解决问题的对策措施——改变观念、充实软件、保证硬件。This paper first analyzes the sources,characteristics,and harmful effects of floating waste in the inland river,then introduces the management and treatment of relevant current policies,regulations,and standards,and finally points out the existing problems and some countermeasures——changing ideas,enriching the software and ensuring the hardware.
