摘  要:3D光学检测技术广泛应用于汽车零部件的检测和装配过程,尤其是复杂零部件的检测。文章提出一种基于车身测量不确定度要求的线结构光扫描位姿优化方法,以检测特征不确定度最小化、视点数目最少为约束建立多目标函数。利用改进的贪心算法进行视点优化选取。最终,以检测时间最优为目标确定最佳的视点检测次序。通过案例对比分析表明,文章提出的多目标约束下采样优化策略,有效地提高了关键特征的检测精度、保证检测质量的可靠性。3D optical inspection technology is widely used in the inspection and assembly process of auto parts,especially the inspection of complex parts.This paper proposes a linear structured light scanning pose optimization method based on the requirements of vehicle body measurement uncertainty,and establishes a multi-objective function with the constraints of minimizing the uncertainty of detection features and the minimum number of viewpoints.The improved greedy algorithm is used to optimize the selection of viewpoints.Finally,the optimal viewpoint detection order is determined with the goal of optimal detection time.Case comparison analysis shows that the multi-objective constrained sampling optimization strategy proposed in this paper effectively improves the detection accuracy of key features and ensures the reliability of detection quality.
