摘　　要：器官移植是治疗终末期疾病的有效治疗手段,在肝脏、心脏、肾脏和肺脏方面开展较为成熟,是外科手术中的巅峰技术。近年来器官移植领域发展迅猛,使更多患终末期疾病的病人从中受益,但同时也存在器官移植领域临床医师紧缺的实际问题。纵观目前我国医学研究生培养模式,既未开设器官移植专业研究方向,又缺乏完整地器官移植研究生培养方案,将器官移植专业作为研究方向的研究生更是少之又少,这使得培养器官移植研究生作为器官移植临床工作的后备梯队显得格外重要,若能解决这一临床实际工作中矛盾,不仅缓解了器官移植临床医师工作上的压力,又在极大程度上解决了器官移植后备人才短缺的问题。Organ transplantation is an effective treatment for the treatment of end-stage diseases.It is mature in liver,heart,kidney and lung,and is the peak technique in surgical operation.In recent years,the field of organ transplantation has developed rapidly,benefiting more patients with end-stage diseases,but there is also a practical problem of shortage of clinicians in the field of organ transplantation.Throughout the medical graduate student training mode in China,neither open organ transplant specialist research direction,and the lack of a complete project of cultivating graduate students,there are even fewer graduate students who specialize in organ transplantation,this makes training organ transplant graduate students as a backup echelon of organ transplant clinical work appears especially important,if can solve the contradictory between the clinical practice,not only reduce the stress of organ transplant clinicians at work,and for the most part to solve the organ transplant shortage of reserve talented person.
