摘 要:随着新技术研发难度的不断加大以及供应链管理思想的深化,供应链合作研发越来越普遍。供应链研发中下游合作方可以利用信息优势进行优先定价,但优先定价的价值并未得到学术界的关注。本文关注于一个上游供应商和两个下游制造商组成的竞争供应链,分析了下游合作方优先定价对于各参与方产生的效果及其影响因素。研究发现,合作方分散决策时优先定价将减少上游合作方及下游合作方的利益;合作方集中决策时优先定价将提高联盟的总收益,但减少了整个供应链的利益。优先定价对博弈各方的影响随着市场规模的增大、生产成本的减少、竞争程度的加剧而增加。As R&D becomes more and more difficult and supply chain awareness is deep into companies’ heart,supply chain R&D collaboration is becoming common. The downstream partner can price prior to competitors but the value of priority pricing has not received the attention from the academic. This paper focuses on a competitive supply chain with an upstream firm and two downstream firms,and analyzes the priority pricing’s value and influencing factors under R&D collaboration. The study finds that priority pricing reduces upstream manufacturer’s and the downstream partner’s revenue in the decentralized decision;priority pricing increases alliance benefits but decreases overall supply chain’s revenue in the centralized decision. And the priority pricing’s influence under R&D cooperation will increase with the increase of the market size,the decrease of production costs and the increase of the competition.
