摘　　要：我国进入新时代以来,人口老龄化问题不断加剧,这关系到我国经济发展和国家建设全局,以习近平同志为核心的党中央对此高度重视。北京社会管理职业学院以培养民政人才为己任,始终将养老服务人才培养放在首位,并将扩大学院在养老服务领域的影响力,将养老服务类专业办学特色作为学院发展的战略要务。学院依托品牌专业——老年服务与管理,融合护理、社会工作、康复治疗技术、康复辅助器具技术和物业管理5大专业,构建健康养老专业群,认真研究专业群的战略规划,制订实施计划,打造国内知名的健康养老职教品牌。Since China entered the new era, the population aging is increasingly turning worse, which is related to the overall economic development and national construction of China and payed high attention by the CPC central committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping at its core. BCSA regards cultivating civil affairs talents as its own responsibility. It always put the training of "serving talents for the elderly" as the first priority and take expanding the influence of the college in the field of senior care services and forming the characteristics of running professional services for the elderly as a strategic priority. Relying on the brand specialized subject—aged people service and management, BCSA integrates 5 majors including nursing, social work, rehabilitation treatment technology, rehabilitation assistive device technology and property management to build the health care of aged people group. BCSA carefully studys the strategic planning of the professional group and develops an implementation plan to build a well-known brand of health education.
