综合护理在雷珠单抗联合微创玻璃体切割治疗糖尿病视网膜病变中的效果

摘　　要：目的探究糖尿病视网膜患者在进行雷珠单抗联合微创玻璃体切割治疗后,使用综合护理进行干预的效果。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月该院收治的58例糖尿病视网膜病变患者,将其随机分为对照组(29例)和观察组(29例)。对照组使用常规方式进行护理,观察组患者采用综合护理的方式进行干预。观察两组患者护理后的SAS、SDS评分情况、并发症发生率,以及护理满意度。结果SAS、SDS评分,观察组分数分别为(24.32±5.28)分、(22.21±4.37)分,优于对照组的(28.14±4.31)分、(29.27±3.19)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.018、7.027,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率与护理满意度分别为10.34%、96.55%,优于对照组的34.48%、75.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.858、5.220,P<0.05)。结论在使用雷珠单抗联合微创玻璃体切割的方式,治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的过程中,使用综合护理模式能够有效缓解不良情绪等给患者带来的心理压力,减低患者并发症发生情况,并使护理满意度显著提升,为患者恢复健康,提供有利保障。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with diabetic retina after ranibizumab combined with minimally invasive vitrectomy.Methods Selected 58 cases patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019,they were randomly divided into a control group(29 cases)and an observation group(29 cases).The control group used conventional nursing care,and the observation group used comprehensive nursing care to intervene.Observed the SAS and SDS scores,the incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing.Results From the SAS and SDS scores,the number of observation components were(24.32±5.28)points,(22.21±4.37)points,which was better than the control group's(28.14±4.31)points,(29.27±3.19)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.018,7.027,P<0.05);the complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were 10.34%and 96.55%,which were better than 34.48%and 75.86%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.858,5.220,P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of using ranibizumab combined with minimally invasive vitrectomy to treat diabetic retinopathy,the use of a comprehensive care model can effectively relieve the psychological pressure brought by patients such as bad emotions,reduce the incidence of complications,and the satisfaction of nursing care is significantly improved,and it provides a favorable guarantee for patients to restore their health.
