“校协园企”融合式交叉互进的工业设计专业人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：文章针对当前工业设计人才培养过程中存在供需不匹配的问题,提出了“校协园企”融合式交叉互进的工业设计专业人才培养模式,主要包括注重后续发展和岗位迁移能力的专业课程体系设计、创新“学生为主体、项目为载体”的课堂教学模式、形成系统化的多层次的实践教学体系、构建基于市场要素的教学考核评价机制和基于过程监控的教学管理等。充分发挥协会和园区优势开展专业建设,在实践和探索中取得了良好的成效。In view of the mismatch between supply and demand in the current Industrial Design talent education process,this paper puts forward a mode on the integration of"College-Association-Park-Enterprise",which mainly includes the design of the course system focusing on the follow-up expanding and post transfer ability,the innovation of classroom teaching mode of"student-centered,project-based",and the formation of systematic and multi-layer practice teaching mode,and construction of teaching evaluation mechanism based on market elements,and teaching management based on process monitoring.Taking full advantage of the associations and the parks to carry out major construction,we had achieved good results in practice and exploration.
