摘 要:在部分实际工业生产中,浓度40%~55%的甲醛由于浓度较低达不到生产要求,从而需要浓缩工艺对甲醛进行进一步提浓。本文简要介绍了浓甲醛工业应用背景以及两种甲醛工业浓缩工艺,并对于真空甲醛浓缩工艺操作进行探讨。两种浓缩工艺分别利用甲醛与醇类反应、甲醛与水的共沸,来达到将甲醛与水分离的目的从而获取较高浓度甲醛。其中叙述了加压浓缩、真空浓缩等操作方法,以及真空浓缩的优越性和广泛应用性。In some actual industrial production, the formaldehyde concentration of 40 %~55 % can not meet the production requirements due to the low concentration, so the concentration process is needed to further enhance the concentration of formaldehyde. This paper briefly introduces the industrial application background of concentrated formaldehyde and two kinds of industrial formaldehyde concentration processes, and discusses the operation of vacuum formaldehyde concentration process. The two concentration processes respectively use formaldehyde and alcohol reaction, formaldehyde and water azeotropic, to achieve the purpose of formaldehyde and water separation to obtain a higher concentration of formaldehyde. The operation methods, such as pressure concentration and vacuum concentration, and the superiority and wide application of vacuum concentration are described.
