摘 要:培养创新型人才,适应快速发展的社会需求,是高校教育工作者面临的一个重要课题。我们根据认知规律,提出在化学人才培养过程中实施"训练-项目-竞赛"创新型人才培养模式。从化学训练到参与项目,进一步参与竞赛,加强学生课外与课内结合,提升学生参与度,打通课内、课外培养壁垒,凸显学生主体地位,强化实践在创新人才培养中的作用,优化创新人才效果评价。为创新型人才培养模式做出有益尝试。Cultivating innovative talents to meet social needs of rapid development, it is an important topic educator Institution. We put forward a "training-project-competition" innovative talent training model based on the laws of cognition in the process of chemistry talent training. From chemistry training to participating in projects, further participating in competitions, strengthening students’ extracurricular and intracurricular integration, enhancing student participation,breaking through the barriers of intracurricular and extracurricular training, highlighting the dominant position of students, strengthening the role of practice in the cultivation of innovative talents, and optimizing the effect of innovative talents evaluation. "Training-project-competition" innovative talent training model make a useful attempt to cultivate innovative talents.
